World-renowned Psychiatrist Dr. Aaron Beck introduces this 2-hour training program on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Through Clinical Training Vignettes, we bring to life the vital skills needed by VA Therapists to counsel and heal patients.

Included are two program samples: Using a space mission metaphor, we show the launch of a new information technology system for Graybar. The second program features top Graybar Account Managers sharing real-life experiences to train new Account Managers.

Using a take-off of the Geek Squad, we use a comedic character, ESC Geek, to keep staff entertained and tuned in to important details. We made four hours of training fun and engaging for a government agency.
